Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of supportive and thriving primary schools in and around Dorchester. We are seeking enthusiastic Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teachers to join our team for both short-term and long-term roles, starting from September 2025.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Strong classroom management skills
A creative, engaging teaching style
Ability to differentiate learning for mixed-ability pupils
