Supply Teacher – Flexible Opportunities
Location: Cardiff, Wales

About the Role
As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality education in the absence of the permanent class teacher. Every day is different — offering you the chance to gain experience in a wide range of settings and make a positive impact on pupils from diverse backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (based on your strengths and preferences).
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, positive learning environment.
Providing feedback to school staff on pupil progress and classroom activity.
Adapting to different school environments and being confident in both short-term and longer-term placements.
Building relationships with pupils and staff while being a reliable and professional presence.
Whether you want to work a couple of days a week or are seeking full-time placements, we match your availability with the needs of schools.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Strong classroom management and adaptability.
A passion for education and supporting young learners.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
