Year 3 Teacher – CF23, Cardiff
Through Teaching Personnel
| Weekly Pay | ASAP Start

We are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to work in a supportive primary school in the CF23 area of Cardiff. This role is to start as soon as vetting is complete and is ideal for a confident and engaging teacher with Key Stage 2 experience.

The Role ✏️

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 2 lessons in line with the curriculum

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support pupils with a range of learning abilities

  • Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy where required

  • Assess and track pupil progress

  • Differentiate work to support individual learning needs

  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and school staff

  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour management

This role would suit a teacher who is organised, enthusiastic, and confident leading a class independently.

Requirements ✅

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can help)

  • EWC registration (or willingness to apply – we can support you)

  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
