Are you a qualified primary school teacher looking for flexible work opportunities? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic day-to-day supply teachers to join our team and work across Wakefield and its surrounding areas.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Day-to-Day Primary Supply Teacher
  • Location: Wakefield and surrounding areas
  • Contract Type: Temporary, ad-hoc basis
  • Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to primary school students across various year groups.
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Following school policies and procedures.
  • Providing feedback to regular class teachers about the day's activities.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
