Teaching personnel are currently recruiting experienced Primary teachers for our client schools in the Totnes area. Teaching Personnel are looking to introduce a new cohort of teachers into our client schools due to the re-opening of schools following the Covid-19 school closures.

School experience and a passion for education is essential for our available roles. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an NQT this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Candidates must be flexible with availability in order to facilitate the long- and short-term needs of our client schools, Teaching personnel are committed to offering flexible working hours that suit you.

• The main duties of our available roles will include covering in the short- and long-term absences of class teachers
• SEN or intervention experience may prove beneficial in our available roles
• Flexibility is key for our supply roles
• Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills are essential
• Adhering to the high standards and policies of our client schools is essential within our roles

Successful applicants must have:

• QTS or equivalent
• A range of experience within education settings
• A recent DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• A passion for education and teaching
• A driving license and car is desirable but may not be a requirement depending on the role        and location
• Flexible availability on a day to day and week to week basis
