About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Doncaster. This may include whole-class cover, small-group interventions and one-to-one support.

You’ll be:

• Delivering planned lessons and activities in the teacher’s absence.

• Supporting the learning and progress of individuals and groups.

• Assisting in planning, preparation and assessment where required.

• Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification (Level 4+).

• Experience working across primary key stages.

• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.

• A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to adapt quickly.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
