Supply Primary Learning Assistant – Doncaster
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Supply / Temporary / Flexible hours
Pay: £90 –£100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Learning Assistants to join our supply team supporting schools across Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and helping children reach their full potential.

As a Supply Primary Learning Assistant, you’ll:

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

  • Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to boost learning and confidence.

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and preparing resources.

  • Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or those needing extra help.

Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments, we’d love to hear from you.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners.
  • Hold (or be willing to apply for) a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
