Job Title: Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

£80 - £90 Per day

Job Duties:

Provide support to primary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEN students
Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Work one-on-one or in small groups with SEN students to reinforce learning concepts
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of SEN teaching strategies
Ability to work effectively in a team
Patience and empathy

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Work primarily within a primary school setting
Full-time hours, temporary position
Supportive team environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
