Primary LSA for SEND School Richmond

Job description

Teaching Personnel are searching for a Teaching Assistant to work with students with SEND, who is available to work full time on a temporary basis in SEND schools and provisions in the Richmond area.

You will have the opportunity to work in various SEND schools, enhancing your experience and knowledge of the sector, it is likely that some placements could turn more long term if the candidate is successful in the school. You will gain experience working with SLD, PMLD, ASC and SEMH.

The candidate will be passionate about working with SEN and have at least three months experience working in an SEND or similar environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

-At least three months in an SEND environment

-Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or relevant experience/degree)

- Excellent behaviour management skills

- A patient and caring attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
