About the Role:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet curriculum requirements

• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that supports learning

• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs

• Work closely with teaching assistants and school leadership teams

• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers

• Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, events, or teamwork

We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour-support skills

• A positive, resilient and child-centred approach

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

• ECTs and experienced teachers both encouraged to apply
