We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable PPA Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school community in Hedge End. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident classroom practitioner who enjoys variety, collaboration, and inspiring pupils across different year groups.

Your Role

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, covering teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement across all classes.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff, supporting consistency and continuity in learning.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups, showing flexibility and initiative.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its inclusive, nurturing ethos.

About You

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience across the primary age range.
• Confident teaching in a range of subjects and year groups.
• Organised, reflective, and able to quickly establish positive classroom routines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
• A passion for making learning enjoyable, purposeful, and inclusive for every child.
