Full-Time PPA Cover Teacher – Primary | Blackpool

A welcoming primary school in Blackpool is seeking a full-time PPA Cover Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons while supporting continuity in pupils’ learning across different year groups.

 Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Blackpool
• Contract: Full-time, temporary (with potential for long-term)
• Pay: £120–£150 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit different classes and learning styles
• Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Support transitions and ensure continuity in learning during teacher PPA time

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching across primary key stages
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
