A school in the heart of Blackburn are seeking an experienced practitioner to work across a number of year groups covering release time and PPA. The role will be to start after the Easter holidays and will continue until the end of the academic year. This will be a full time teaching role and time will be given to ensure you are able to plan and resource effectively in order to impact on learning effectively. The current Head teacher has approached Teaching Personnel exclusively in order to see CVs of experienced Teacher who can work across all Primary year groups. In order to apply, you will have to be registered with the agency and have a child workforce DBS and recent experience of working in a Primary setting. The Head teacher has also specified that the children who attend her School are from socially deprived areas and backgrounds and with this they tend to have challenging behaviour. It is therefore important that when applying, you are able to specify in your CV where you have had appropriate experiences.
The rate of pay is expected to range from £95-£135 per day. This is based on a 6.5 hours working each day plus any additional INSETS and professional development opportunities. The Head teacher is very supportive of her staff and will ensure you are given enough time to settle in the role and impact on learning as well as the relationships you build with the staff, children and their parents.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
