If so, please see the ideal opportunity at our client secondary school in Bolton, working as a cover supervisor;
*Covering Physical Education lessons as well as a range of subjects within this secondary school
*Delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of teachers
*Excellent opportunity to gain further experience leading classes prior to beginning your PGCE next year
*Attractive rates of pay and invaluable experience (Up to £300 per week)
As a cover supervisor you will be required to lead full classes, follow lesson plans and implement excellent behaviour management. Applicants are required to hold previous experience working within education and will be available full time ideally to work at the school on a daily basis. Flexible part time work is also available dependant on your availability.
Situated within the Bolton Council, the school neighbours the communities of Blackrod, Bolton, Atherton and Hindley. The school is average in size with around 1000 pupils on roll. The vast majority of children are of white British heritage and the number of pupils with learning difficulties or a statement for special needs is below the national average. Located close to Westhoughton, the School is easily accessible as it is only a short drive from the M61 and has direct transport links to the surrounding areas.
