We’re currently recruiting passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants, HLTA's and Teachers in Newport, with the potential to transition into a qualified teaching role upon achieving QTS.

Role: Teaching Assistant, HLTA and Teachers (Future Teacher Pathway)
Location: Newport
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Full-time and part-time positions available)
Pay: From £89 per day (increasing to £166+ once qualified)
Start Date: Immediate

Your Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Help create a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils

• Adapt to different age groups, subjects, and learning needs

• Manage classroom behaviour and support pupil progress

• Assist students with additional or special educational needs

• Stay updated with the latest educational practices and trends

What You’ll Need:

• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to professional growth

• Either already hold QTS or are currently working toward it
