PE Teacher
Caerphilly

Start date: 3rd June 2024.
Pay:
Paid to scale (starting at £157.66 per day).
Hours:
08:30am-15:15pm (term time only).

A rare opportunity has arisen to work in a high achieving and lovely PE department at a secondary school in Caerphilly. The school are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic PE teacher to cover classes and curriculum between key stages 3 and 5.

About you:

  • Dynamic and passionate about teaching PE.
  • Able to teach GCSE and Post-16.
  • Fully qualified PE teacher (NQT welcome to apply).
  • Seeking progression and a high achieving department.

About the position:

  • Full-time from June 2024.
  • Temp to perm – probation until Christmas with Teaching Personnel and fixed school contract until August 2025 pending successful review.
  • Cover PE lessons and mixed timetable to assist the school with other curriculum gaps.
