Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant for an exciting role at a welcoming primary school in Winford, supporting pupils within the classroom and those with additional needs.

Experience with SEN students is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities in both group and one-to-one settings.
• Assisting with classroom behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.
• Acting as a role model for pupils, promoting teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to meet individual pupil needs.
• Bringing experience from settings such as schools, youth groups, sports coaching, or clubs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
