Stoberry Park School (in partnership with Teaching Personnel & Ace Excellence MAT)
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: Part – Time 0.4 days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1 – M6)

Stoberry Park School, working collaboratively with Teaching Personnel under the Ace Excellence Multi Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Year 1/2 Teacher to join our supportive school community from January 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a mixed KS1 class with a supportive environment and strong leadership team.

About the Role

  • Full-time class teacher for a mixed Year 1/2 class
  • Class has a Teaching Assistant each morning for support
  • Some pupils present moderate SEN needs, so experience adapting learning is essential
  • Planning, teaching, assessment and wider class responsibilities required
  • The role is paid to scale, reflecting your experience and qualifications

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1, ideally with mixed-age classes
  • Confident supporting pupils with SEN needs
  • DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Strong classroom management and a commitment to pupil progress
