Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Bridgwater area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important part in helping pupils access learning, supporting teachers in the classroom, and contributing to a positive and encouraging school environment. Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with their learning during lessons

• Providing one-to-one or small-group support where needed

• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and daily tasks

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

• Adapting to the needs of different schools and age groups

• Experience working with children or young people in any setting

• A calm, patient and supportive approach

• Willingness to work flexibly across schools and age groups

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to take instruction and work well within school teams
