Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team and work in schools across the Bridgwater area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to make a positive difference in the classroom. You’ll support teachers with lesson delivery, work closely with pupils who need extra guidance, and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to begin your career in education, we’ll support you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (school or similar setting)

• A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for education and helping students succeed

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
