Job description

Part-Time Forest School Teacher – BH11 Area

Are you a passionate and creative teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role in a unique outdoor setting? We are seeking an enthusiastic Forest School Teacher to join one of our welcoming mainstream schools in the BH11 area for the remainder of the academic year.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on Forest School sessions 5 mornings per week
  • Plan and lead outdoor learning experiences for all year groups (Reception to Year 6)
  • Foster curiosity, resilience, and a love of nature through creative teaching approaches
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
  • A passion for outdoor education and child-led learning
  • Confidence teaching across a range of primary age groups
  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Forest School qualification (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
