Year 3 Primary Teacher – Flexible Opportunities Across Dorset

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools throughout Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys working in different school environments and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an early career teacher, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ progress and development.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners

  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress

  • Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A flexible and proactive approach

  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning
