Year 3 Teacher (Full-Time)

Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time basis from after the Easter break. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Contract Type: Full-Time 

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 3 class, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment where all pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
