Job description

You will be passionate about teaching and learning, creative, calm, enthusiastic, resourceful and above all a terrific teaching assistant

Complex Needs/ Additional Needs experience would be useful but is not essential as the school provide extensive training.

The largest majority of our young people have Complex Needs often with other learning difficulties. This is a happy, hardworking, supportive and committed multi-school. The school is keen to develop and invest heavily in their staff team, and together provide a safe and stimulating learning context in which each child is valued and their achievements celebrated. The parents are fantastic supporters of their work and thoughtful, sensitive and regular communication is the key to this partnership.
