Job description

Do you have experience of working in outdoor education?

Have you been working in education with children?

Do you want to support children with additional needs and challenging behaviours?

Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants looking to work with children and young people. The roles are very rewarding but challenging working on a 1:1/small group basis supporting and engaging the children with a timetable suited to their needs.

This roles will require you to go out on different learning based activities with the young person which does require you to drive with access to your own vehicle.

A DBS in child workforce only is a requirement which we ask to be on the update service. If you do not have this then do not worry as we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
