The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a secondary school environment
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for learning and supporting young people
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Own transport desirable but not essential
