Do you wish to better the learning experience for pupils that struggle to engage?

Teaching Personnel are working alongside the County Councils and Local Virtual Schools to find experienced tutors to provide one-to-one support to pupils with challenging behaviour that have been excluded from mainstream education, within the Wellingborough area. We have both full-time and part-time roles available supporting pupils with a variety of abilities.

In addition to offering a more flexible work balance and the ability to manage your own diary, with competitive rates of pay, one-to-one tuition is extremely rewarding – providing pupils that struggle to engage with a more effective and personal approach to their learning.

We are seeking candidates with the following:

• Hold QTS/NQT status, or alternative, equivalent qualifications or have relevant experience
• Have or would be willing to obtain a valid DBS
• Confident in teaching core Maths and English
• Have experience of working within a SEN environment, working with pupils with complex needs
• Have experience of behavioural management
• Consider themselves to be both flexible and adaptable
• Have appropriate additional training and qualifications for the role
