Are you a qualified teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and more specifically those with Autism (ASC)?

My client requires a Teacher to support a year 2 child on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. You will provide individual academic support on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday for approximately 3 hours each day. It is yet to be confirmed as to whether the sessions will take place at the pupil's home or at a local library. Experience in working with children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and the ability to support the Key Stage 1 primary curriculum is desirable.

If you don't already have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service, we will assist you in applying for a new check (standard cost of a DBS certificate is £44).

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
