Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Pre-School Role (September Start)

Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner with a recognised early years qualification? Ready for a fresh start this September in a setting where your passion for early childhood development will truly shine?

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of well-regarded pre-schools across Hampshire who are looking to welcome qualified nursery practitioners into their teams for the new academic year.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who loves working with young children, thrives in a creative, play-based environment, and understands the importance of early years learning in shaping young minds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 2–4 in their development through structured and free-play activities

• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can explore and grow

• Building positive relationships with children, staff and families

• Supporting the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and contributing to observations and assessments

• Encouraging curiosity, communication and confidence through imaginative learning

We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a nursery or pre-school setting

• A patient, caring and fun personality

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

• A commitment to supporting the emotional and educational needs of young children
