Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Pre-School Role (September Start)
Location: Local Pre-Schools across Hampshire
Full-Time | Term-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner with a recognised early years qualification? Ready for a fresh start this September in a setting where your passion for early childhood development will truly shine?
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of well-regarded pre-schools across Hampshire who are looking to welcome qualified nursery practitioners into their teams for the new academic year.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who loves working with young children, thrives in a creative, play-based environment, and understands the importance of early years learning in shaping young minds.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting children aged 2–4 in their development through structured and free-play activities
-
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can explore and grow
-
Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
-
Supporting the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and contributing to observations and assessments

Encouraging curiosity, communication and confidence through imaginative learning
We’re Looking For:
-
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
-
Previous experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
-
A patient, caring and fun personality
-
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
-
A commitment to supporting the emotional and educational needs of young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
