Nursery Room Leader – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Standish
Daily Pay Rate: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the daily running and organisation of your designated room.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other practitioners, promoting consistency and best practice.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and external professionals to support individual needs.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS compliance at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Confident leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and support others.
• A caring, professional, and enthusiastic approach to early years education.
