Nursery Assistant Wanted
Teaching Personnel are working closely with an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” Nursery based in Sandymoor who are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Nursery Assistant to join their daycare team. Located just off the A558 Daresbury Expressway, they are easily accessible with public transport links nearby.
Location: Runcorn, WA7
Daily Pay Rate: £13.75 - £15.25/ Hour
Shift Patterns: 8am-6pm or 2pm-6pm
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Flexible or Full-Time roles available (With opportunity to progress into a permanent position)
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
- An Enhanced Child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working in Early Years Childcare
- An attitude that aligns with their motto to “strive to put the health and wellbeing of every child in our nursery first, championing the unique interests of every child throughout our care and learning activities”.
Responsibilities:
- Encouraging learning through play, and supporting children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
- Providing a safe, comforting and engaging environment for children
- Continuously assisting with Early Years development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
