Newly Qualified Teacher – Caerphilly
Daily Rate: £166.32 (Paid Weekly via PAYE – No Umbrella!)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Full Academic Year (Until July 2026)
Location: Caerphilly
Interview Week: W/C 11th August

We’re currently working with an exceptional EOTAS provision in Caerphilly, seeking a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to join their supportive team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Key Stage 3 & 4 students with behavioural needs in a highly rewarding setting.

We’re Looking For:
- Passionate and confident Newly Qualified Teachers
- Strong behaviour management and a positive classroom presence
- A genuine desire to support students, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Awareness of the Welsh Curriculum
What You’ll Need:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- EWC registration
- Two recent teaching references
- Up-to-date CV
- Recent safeguarding training (we can provide this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
