Job Title: Newly Qualified Teacher (Primary)

Pay: £172.98 Per Day
Start Date: After October Half Term 2025
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) to join our partner primary schools in the NP16 area. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching journey in supportive, welcoming schools that value creativity, dedication, and a passion for learning.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to raise pupil attainment.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, activities, and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of Initial Teacher Training.
- A passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to working across different age groups if required.
- A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
