Job Title: Year 4 Primary Teacher
Location: NP44
Contract: Full Time
Pay: Minimum £172.98 (paid to scale)
Start Date: October 2025
Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support pupils at a key stage in their education.
The Role:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the year 4 curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN and ALN
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and progress.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to maximise pupil achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to reports and assessments.
- Support the school’s policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualifications.
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
