Newly Qualified Teacher - Enfield Primary School

Here at Teaching Personnel we are currently looking for a Key Stage 1 Newly Qualified Teacher to fill a role within a client primary school of ours. The school themselves have specifically noted that the position that they currently have is on a long-term basis with a strong potential of obtaining permanent employment based upon sound performance. Furthermore, as previously stated the role will reside within the Key Stage 1 faculty, specifically taking lead of a Year 1 class.

The ideal NQT will meet the following criteria:
* You will have a Degree Level Qualification + Primary PGCE or QTS Qualification for the Primary Phase.
* Candidates should display creativity and an ability to inspire and engage pupils through the planning, preparation and delivery of highly stimulating, motivating and well sequenced lessons.
* The successful candidate will have ability to develop, foster and sustain high quality relationships with children and adults.
* To comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.

We have been working with this school for an extensive period of time, and have consistently received positive feedback from our Teachers and support staff regarding the school, the staff and the children; this is due to the school being an 'Good' rated institution by Ofsted.
