Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for permanent and temporary Learning and Behavior Support Assistants for Schools in the Emsworth area. These Schools cater for students with severe and complex needs as well as challenging behavior. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a unique environment, in a school that provides an alternative curriculum and approach to educating students.
Ideally applicants will have experience within a SEN school or similar provision and will have worked with young people with Autism, challenging behavior or complex needs. A lot of the children have Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, so we are looking for someone who has experience in feeding and personal care also. Good communication skills, patience and sensitivity are essential.
