Maths Graduate Required in Peterborough

A highly regarded Secondary Academy in Peterborough is looking for additional provision within their Maths department to support students in preparation for the GCSE examinations.

Large in size, the Maths department are looking for a Maths graduate or aspiring Mathematician to provide Maths intervention to students. The main purpose of this Maths graduate position is to raise the attainment and academic achievement of pupils in line with the schools year on year progress.

Situated in the heart of Peterborough, the school has local public transport routes. As a Maths teaching assistant you will be part of a thriving Maths department, working alongside experienced Maths teachers. This is a full time role.

Maths graduates interested in this position will need to show a commitment to helping students achieve excellence and have a passion for Maths that will engage students in their learning. In 2015 the school achieved a “Good” grading in all areas with the Leadership and Management highlighted as key strengths of the school.
