EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, fully qualified EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning through engaging, creative, and child-centred teaching.

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher
Location: Burnley
Salary: £120 - £150 per day until AWR is addressed
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2027

The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes exploration and development.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their potential.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports and parent meetings.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to enhance pupil outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within EYFS.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• The ability to create engaging and inspiring learning opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive during their earliest years of education.
