If so, Teaching Personnel has an excellent opportunity for a Maths teacher to join a school in the Bolton area due to a recent resignation.
Summary of the Role:
- Maths teacher required
- Salary in line with MPS/UPS scale
- Teaching both KS3 and KS4 students up to GCSE level
- Must possess QTS and a PGCE specialising in Maths
Our client school is actively seeking Maths teachers available to join the school on a permanent basis from January 2023. The school are are open to applications from teachers of all experience levels, including ECT Maths teachers and more experienced educators.
The successful Maths teacher must be comfortable teaching students aged 11-16 up to GCSE level and will assume a full-time role, including planning and marking responsibilities. You should demonstrate confidence in your teaching abilities and possess the skills to engage students who may find it challenging to stay focused during lessons. A dynamic teaching approach and strong classroom management skills are essential.
You will receive comprehensive support from both senior leaders and the head of the department, who will help you integrate seamlessly into their highly successful Maths department.
You will be joining a school that takes pride in being a central part of its local community. This high school, larger than average in size, has made significant improvements in leadership, management, and pupil behavior in recent years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
