Maths Teacher – Twickenham

Secondary school Twickenham interviewing for a permanent Maths teaching position starting in September - GBP140 to GBP240 a day

Maths teacher post available in Twickenham requires experience teaching at key stage 3, 4 & 5 – full time position

A secondary school in the Twickenham area are currently hiring for a Maths teaching positions with the successful applicant working in a full time and permanent capacity. They would be working in a thriving Maths department in a school that has been rated “good” by Ofsted for 10 years.

Requirements

  • Teachers require relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE or QTS) specialising in Mathematics or Statistics
  • Experience teaching for a minimum of a year at secondary school level (KS3 to KS5) is needed
  • All applicants must be willing and able to travel to Twickenham, via public or personal transport
  • Must be available for a full time position, starting in September
  • Require an enhanced child workforce DBS
  • Can produce a 6 year career history and two references from teaching roles

 

The senior leadership at this secondary school are looking to for a strong Maths teacher who can maintain the good standards of teaching. There is a good behaviour policy at the school which both prevents and manages challenging behaviour in the classroom. Teachers are provided with any resources and assistance they may require, whether it is additional support in the classroom or more teaching resources.
