This central Manchester based school is specifically looking to take on a Maths teacher to join them in September at the beginning on the new academic year when schools are likely to reopen following the COVID-19 outbreak.
The successful Maths teacher is required as a result of a gap within the Maths department and given the longer term nature of the role, is required to take on planning and marking responsibilities.
The appointed Maths teacher will have a timetable consisting of year 7 – 9 and a selection of KS4 classes. As part of this long term, permanent Maths teaching position, the successful Maths teacher will be expected to support the department where required with collaboration and form tutor duties where necessary.
Highlights of this maths teaching position:
- Permanent, full time Maths teacher required: September 2020 (1 term on supply progressing onto a school based contract thereafter)
- Brand new building with the latest resources and facilities located in the Central Manchester area
- Pay will be dependent upon teacher’s pay-scale: MPS1 – MPS6 (main pay scale)
