An all boys secondary school in Luton require a male teacher of PE to join them in September 2018. The school are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher of Physical Education to join the PE department in their aim to provide excellent teaching to boys. The school were rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in 2016 and pride themselves on their exceptional exam results and reputation among the community. They are looking for a teacher who shares the vision and values of the school, which promote innovative learning and commitment to personal and professional learning. Staff are highly focused on contributing to the development of learning beyond the school - their success is highlighted by the high numbers of students that progress to high education: over 95%. The school are highly ambitious and believe in achievement for all learners. The ideal candidate will be an engaging teacher who can confidently teach PE to both Key Stage 3 and 4.

• Possess strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Be a motivated individual prepared to drive success within the school
• Have the organisational skills necessary to plan, prepare and mark work to a high standard and within set time frames
• Motivate pupils to achieve their full potential and continue to achieve excellent results
• Monitor the progress of pupils and ensure that standards remain high
