Learning Support Assistants – Specialist Schools | Stoke on Trent

Location: ST3, ST4 & ST11
Salary: £95–£110 per day
Start Date: September 2026

We're recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist schools across Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional educational needs while becoming part of welcoming and supportive school communities.

Ideal for:
• Teaching Assistants

• Psychology or Education Graduates
• Anyone passionate about supporting children with SEND

Responsibilities:
• Supporting learning in the classroom
• Working alongside teachers and therapists
• Promoting pupil engagement and independence
• Providing emotional and behavioural support
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
