We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming specialist SEN school in Farnborough.

You’ll support children and young people with a range of needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, complex learning and medical needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop independence.

Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.

The Role

You’ll help to:

• Support pupils in lessons and throughout the school day

• Provide personalised learning and communication support

• Encourage confidence, independence and social development

• Support sensory, physical, medical and learning needs

• Build positive relationships with pupils

• Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

About You

Previous SEN experience isn’t essential. We welcome applicants from education, childcare, care, healthcare, residential, youth work and other people-focused backgrounds.

We’re looking for someone who is patient, caring, reliable, adaptable and passionate about helping young people succeed.
