Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency and we are looking for Learning Support Assistants for mainstream Primary/Secondary and SEN schools in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Learning Support Assistants will work with children who have physical disabilities/mild to severe Learning Disabilities/Autism/ADHD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia/complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues.
You do not need to have had previous experience to apply for this role, but experience working with children in a nursery setting or as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be advantageous.
Teaching Personnel have full and part time work available and the placements in schools can be short term or long term. There is also the potential to go temp to perm at your favourite schools!
The shifts will usually be: Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30
You will need to be positive, engaging and resilient as this can be a challenging role
Qualifications needed-Minimum education to GCSE Level with A-C in Maths and English
