Full-time Learning Support Assistant required immediately, to support identified students that are set to join our well respected client secondary, located in Orrell.

The SENCO at our client secondary school seeks to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis to help smooth the transition of their new cohort of year 7 pupils with Educational Health-care Plans (EHCP's).

• Learning Support Assistant - Immediate start
• Working alongside students with (EHCP's) that are set to join the school in September 2019.
• Opportunity to earn up to £1200 a month during this position
• Employment on a temporary basis for 12 months.
• Previous experience education experience is preferred but not essential

The school are looking for to appoint a Learning Support Assistant at the earliest convenience in order to support these students through their first year in secondary education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong and authoritative character and be calm when dealing with challenging behaviour. You must be a good role model to the student that you are working alongside and be able to build a good working relationship in order to help them make regular improvements within school.

Situated in Orrell, the school is located the outskirts of Wigan town centre making it easily accessible via car or public transport from the surrounding areas; Skelmersdale, Chorley, Standish & Ashton-in-Makerfield. It is also a short drive away from the Merseyside areas.
