Learning Support Advisor – SEN Primary Schools (Farnborough)
Location: Farnborough and surrounding area
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Through Teaching Personnel
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Advisors to join our team and support pupils within SEN Primary Schools across Farnborough. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about helping children with additional needs reach their full potential.

Role Overview

As a Learning Support Advisor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs

  • Assist in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

  • Support pupils with social, emotional, behavioural or learning needs

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals

  • Help implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans

  • Encourage independence, confidence and progress

We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (school or non-school settings welcomed)

  • A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach

  • Passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliability and a positive attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
