Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Eastleigh
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £13.75 per hour

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Eastleigh area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.
About the Role:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs
-
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
-
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
-
Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress
-
Contribute to the wider school community as needed
We’re Looking For:
-
Experience supporting children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
-
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A willingness to learn and adapt
-
An up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
