Teaching Personnel are looking for a KS3/KS4 teacher to work in a Special Needs School in Bordon. The role will be full time and will start from after Easter. The role will involve working with pupils that have Special Educational Needs and so it is essential that you are resilient to working in challenging environments.
This Special School is well known in the local community for their high expectations for staff and pupils. They provide an inclusive teaching environment and ensure the curriculum provided is engaging and diverse to meet the needs of all pupils. They have excellent indoor and outdoor learning facilities and resources. The school encourage excellent working relationships with local schools, parents, carers and other outside agencies to ensure pupils are well supported.

The teacher must have the following requirements:
- Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of working with young children within a sound pedagogical framework.
- Have a creative approach and a positive work ethic
- Be able to engage positively with colleagues, children and parents.
- Has an excitement and passion teaching and learning.
