Primary Teacher Opportunity – Teaching Personnel (Sleaford & Surrounding Areas)

Location: Sleaford / Grantham / Nearby Villages
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, Short‑term, Long‑term)
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Partnership: Working in collaboration with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools


About the Role

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit passionate, motivated Primary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in the Sleaford area. Through our strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, alongside several other local primary schools, we can offer regular, reliable opportunities that fit your preferred working pattern.

Whether you thrive on the variety of supply work or are searching for a long‑term post closer to home, we have a range of roles ready for you.


Requirements

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
✔ A positive, nurturing and engaging approach to teaching
✔ Strong behaviour management
✔ Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
