Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have the skills, warmth, and enthusiasm to help our youngest learners flourish? We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing and vibrant Early Years team.

Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.

Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: Monday 13^th April 2026
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour

About the Role

As a key member of our EYFS provision, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3–5. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
• Creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities
• Observing children’s development and contributing to assessments
• Supporting children with early communication, social, and emotional development
• Assisting with daily routines, including snack time, outdoor learning and continuous provision
• Building positive, caring relationships with children and families

What We’re Looking For

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Have experience working with children in an EYFS setting
• Are creative, proactive, and passionate about early learning
• Can adapt activities to support children at different stages of development
• Communicate well with colleagues and parents
• Bring energy, empathy, and a child‑centred approach to every day
